RC7 SCIENTIFIC RULE
-------------------
The deterministic GRIME3 measurement remains the official/final
measurement. The temporary GRIME AI/SAM2 result exists only as an
independent research comparison for the biofouling study.

RC8 TRANSITION
--------------
RC8 development may remove the temporary RC7 Torch/SAM2 model
runtime and research-specific model controls from the normal GRIME3
development line.

The RC7 source tag, RC7 tooling tag, archive branch, and this
manifest preserve the RC7 research state independently of RC8.

LOCAL WORKING FILES NOT INCLUDED
--------------------------------
The repository contained untracked local calibration fixtures and
an existing stash during archival. They were deliberately left
untouched and are not part of either immutable RC7 Git snapshot.
