I have been having fun building up the inmuebles section of the coffeesig.com website. I have roughed in the first apartment building we are selling and put this cool picture of Lynn and I together for the “team” biographies. We need a ton more images and information, but I think it will look pretty cool and be helpful if I maintain it will. I plan to do that.
I have been working on a web site and a document to help us start selling one of our properties in Mexico. Our hope is to use the money to finish our property high on the hill in San Pedro, do the next project, and help pay for our new house build here in Texas. I made huge progress today, finishing the basic infrastructure of a website and a document to give to potential buyers/investors. It was a blast doing these and I think they will be a huge help.
Our current plan is to move into one of our apartments down in Mexico while the house in Texas is under construction, God willing. Renters were supposed to have moved into the unit shown in this image yesterday. It is a spectacular apartment with an absolutely beautiful view. The renters are signed up for a 4-6 month contract. If they finish their work in Monterrey in four months, something that almost certainly will not happen, we will move in there so Lynn can have a free hand in the other areas of the apartment that are not finished. If not, Lynn will have a space for us on the floor above this one with an even more spectacular view and a balcony. He will be working on that while we are living there. That is not ideal, but we can work it out.
